Use of Personal Protective Equipment Suitable for the Work Done

In line with its occupational health and safety policies, Megaron Construction requires all employees to use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to their duties. Risk assessments are carried out for each work area, and appropriate PPE types (hard hat, goggles, earphones, gloves, safety belts, etc.) are determined according to the nature of the work. The compliance of PPE with the standards, regular maintenance and availability for use are meticulously monitored. The correct usage habits are reinforced with the trainings given to the employees, and the implementation of the rules is constantly controlled by field inspections. This approach is one of our basic principles for the prevention of occupational accidents and the continuity of a safe working environment.
